Confirm your car was towed (not stolen) via 311 or the NYC Finest Parking app. Note the pound location — Pier 76 (Manhattan), Brooklyn Navy Yard, College Point (Queens), Zerega (Bronx), Western Ave (Staten Island).
Bring: valid ID, registration (paper original), proof of insurance, payment for tow fee + storage + any outstanding violations. Missing any = sent home to come back.
Total time: 2–4 hours. We run an impound recovery service if you can't lose half a day. Standard $249 / hour rate plus pound fees passed through with no markup.
