AAA's national dispatch routes through a call center that has no idea where you are in NYC. ETA is often 60–120 minutes because they're calling around to local operators looking for one who'll take the job at AAA's reimbursement rate.
Our direct service is 20–40 minutes in most cases. Standard $249 / hour rate, $224 first hour online. If you call AAA and wait an hour, then call us at hour-zero, we'll usually beat their truck.
