Storage fees apply when a vehicle sits in a tow operator's yard overnight or longer. Same-day pickup-to-drop with no yard stop = zero storage fee. Our default flow is same-day.
If a shop is closed when we arrive (common after-hours), we coordinate with you on the destination — your home, a 24-hour shop, or our yard with storage fee starting the next day.
Storage fees are NEVER charged on same-day drops at our company. If a tow operator surprises you with one, dispute it and file a 311 complaint with DCWP.
