Required line items: service description (tow type), pickup address, drop address, start time, end time, rate ($249/hr), hours billed (and any half-hour increments), discount applied (if any), total. Plus operator name, license number, and DCWP credentials.

Optional but useful: truck number, driver name, payment method, tip if any. Photos can be embedded or linked.

If a receipt is missing any of the required items, request a corrected one. NYC DCWP requires itemization on every tow invoice.
